Responsibilities
Here you will:

  • Contribute to day?to?day activities within your chosen department, gaining hands?on experience across different teams and units to understand how each one drives the function’s strategic responsibilities.
  • Drive meaningful improvements by streamlining workflows, preparing reports, responding to stakeholder needs, and sharing fresh ideas that enhance efficiency and impact across the business.
  • Gain exposure to mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals and leaders who guide your growth and development.
  • Participate in structured learning sessions, workshops, and leadership development activities designed to sharpen your technical and professional skills.
  • Build functional capability by rotating within the chosen department, exploring how people, processes, digital systems, operations, or financial structures connect to strengthen the organization.
  • Work on exciting, high?impact sustainability projects that support the business agenda and help shape a more responsible, future?focused organization.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in relevant Management or Social Sciences and Information technology related discipline (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Mass Communication, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.)
  • Digitally curious and tech?savvy, comfortable navigating digital tools, systems, and emerging technologies that support modern corporate operations.
  • Collaborative and relationship?driven, comfortable working with diverse teams and supporting cross?functional initiatives with a positive, solutions?focused attitude.
